Hungary Government Scholarship from External Scholarship Division, MHRD

Hungary Government Scholarship from External Scholarship Division, Ministry of Human Resources and Development, Govt. of India has been instituted for Indian students who have completed their post graduation and are desirous of carrying on with further higher studies in Hungarian Institutions.

Eligibility for Hungry Government Scholarship

• The candidates should have 60% marks in Master's Degree from a reputed Indian University with a minimum of 2 years research experience.
• Scholarships are awarded to Indian nationals for pursuing post-doctoral studies in Economics, Linguistics, Literature or Mathematics.

Duration

Hungry Government Scholarship is awarded to meritorious and interested candidates for a period of three to four years.

Value of the Scholarships

Hungary Government Scholarships cover tuition fees, lodging and travel expenses. The air fare from India to Hungary is provided for by either the candidates or their sponsors.

Application Process

The notification for the scholarship is published in leading newspapers and Employment News in April-May every year. The candidates are required to send in duly typed applications, on plain paper, along with attested copies of educational documents within the fixed date.
