Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology Allahabad

Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology (MNNIT) Allahabad was established in 1961. The institute, previously known Motilal Nehru Regional Engineering College, got the status of Deemed University in 2002. The provides various degree programs in the engineering and Computer Science fields. It admits students for MCA program on the basis of Common Entrance Test conducted by the National Institute of India.

Application Form :

Candidates can download the Application Form. After completing the form, send it to the Admissions Officer along with a demand draft. The form can also be obtained from the counter or by the post. The filled application forms should be sent by post to the institute office.

NIMCET Eligibility :

The candidate should have obtained 60% marks or equivalent in the +2 and graduation level exams. He/she should have a Bachelor Degree with any one of the subjects: Mathematics, Statistics, Business Mathematics, Discrete Mathematics, Mathematical Foundations of Computer Science, Business Statistics, Computational Mathematics, Elementary Mathematics and Elementary Statistics.

NIMCET Exam Pattern :

The test paper will be of 120 multiple choice questions. It will cover Mathematics for 40 questions, Analytical Ability & Logical Reasoning for 55 questions, Computer Awareness for 10 questions and General English for 15 questions. The candidate will get four marks for every right answer and one mark will be deducted for every wrong response.
