West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences Entrance Exam

West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences - NUJS, one of the 12 national law universities, admits students to its BA/BSc LLB course on the basis of the Common Law Admission Test. It offers 5 year BA LLB and BSc LLB course to its candidates among other law courses. There are 125 seats in its BA/BSc LLB program.

Application Form :

NUJS admits candidates on the basis of CLAT; candidates should apply for the CLAT. Candidates can obtain the CLAT form selected branches of Indian Bank, State Bank of India and all National Law Schools. They can download the CLAT form from the website www.clat.ac.in

Eligibility for BA/BSc LLB :

Candidates who want to take admission should have passed 10+2 or an equivalent exam with at least 50% marks (45% for reserved candidates).

Eligibility for LL.M Admission :

The admission for LLM will be based strictly on the performance in the Common Law Admission Test. However, to qualify for admission, the candidate must have secured LL.B. degree or its equivalent from a recognized University with 50% marks in the aggregate. Candidates in the final year of their LL.B. course can also apply.

• General Knowledge/Current Affairs: 50 questions
• Elementary Mathematics: 20 questions
• Legal Aptitude: 50 questions
• Logical Reasoning: 40 questions
