Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology (SMIT) UGET

Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology of Sikkim Manipal University conducts Undergraduate Entrance Test for admission to the 4 year B.Tech and 5 year B.Tech MBA integrated course. Admission to the B.Tech courses of the Sikkim Manipal University is based on AIEEE, State Govt Test, SMU UGET, and SAT Entrance Test at SMIT.

SMIT UGET Eligibility :

Candidates must have passed 10+2 level exam with subjects like Physics, Mathematics & chemistry (or Computer Science, Biotechnology, Biology as one of the optional subjects) and 50% (45% for reserved category) marks. Candidates who have passed the diploma in the concerned branch of Engineering with at least 50% marks and are appearing final year exams are also eligible to apply.

SMIT UGET Application Form :

Candidates can purchase the Application form & the prospectus from the counter of SMIT/SMU on payment of Rs. 400/-. It can also be collected from the selected branches of Axis, SBI & HDFC Bank and by post on payment of Rs.750/-. Candidates can obtain the application form from the Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology website.

Pattern of SMIT UGET :

The test paper will be objective type with multiple choice questions. The test paper contains 80 questions from mathematics, 60 questions from physics, 60 questions from chemistry and 40 questions from General English & General Aptitude.
