National Aptitude Test in Architecture
Enquire NowThe National Institute of Advanced Studies in Architecture (NIASA), Pune conducts a National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) for admission to first year of 5-year B. Arch degree course for all architectural institutions in India, like NITs, IITs, Government Institutions, Government-aided Institutions, Universities, Deemed Universities and Private Universities. The NATA tests drawing and observation skills, sense of proportion, aesthetic sensitivity and critical thinking ability of candidates.
NATA Eligibility :
Candidates should have passed the 10+2 level exam or its equivalent from a recognized Board/University with Mathematics and at least 50% aggregate marks.
NATA Application Form :
The Application Form can be downloaded in the documents section of the official website. Candidates can collect the Application Form from the Test Centres. The completed forms along with the DD and required documents should be submitted at the Test Centers from 1st March 2020.
NATA Test Pattern :
The test paper will have two parts. A paper based drawing test will be for two hours and computer based online aesthetic sensitivity test for one hour. An examinee is given a set of questions with a difficulty level which is designed to match the Examinee's ability level. The final score is based on average difficulty level of all questions and of those questions answered rightly.
