Gujarat Engineering Entrance Exam

The Directorate of Technical Education under the Government of Gujarat holds a State Level Aptitude Test in Architecture (SATA) for admission to M.S, University Vadodara, CEPT Ahmedabad, A.P.I.E.D. Vallabh Vidyanagar, S.C.E.T. Surat, SVPIT Vasad & V.V.P.T.S. College of Architecture, Rajkot.

Gujarat SATA Eligibility :

Candidates should have passed 10+2 level examination or its equivalent with 55% marks in mathematics, physics, chemistry and English from Gujarat Board or any recognized board/university. Final year candidates of 10+2 may also appear at the Test. There is relaxation in age and qualification.

Gujarat SATA Application Form :

Candidates can obtain the Application Form along with prospectus from the counter of the participating institutes/colleges in hand or through post by sending a request with a demand draft of required amount.

Gujarat SATA Selection Procedure :

Selection will be based on the obtained marks in the qualifying and entrance exams. Merit List will be prepared on the following basis: The aggregate obtained marks in external exam of theory papers of Mathematics/Biology, Physics, and Chemistry at the qualifying exam. Merit list will be published in local newspapers/engineering colleges. Candidates in order of merit are called for interview.

Pattern of Test :

The test paper will have questions from Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, English and General Knowledge.
